• Robust Accounting. SACS compliant, and you can alter the account structure each fiscal year, while maintaining year-to-year linkage and account detail.
• Integrated Budgeting. Budget works with our personnel and position control for accurate forecasts — not just before the fiscal year, but throughout, including interim reporting.
• Site-based Requisition and Budget Entry. Sites and departments enter their own accounting documents, including requisitions, budget data, work orders, etc., which means they can also check the status themselves.
• Ad Hoc Inquiries. Access to accounts, vendors, requisitions, journal entries, invoices and other records. A wide variety of “search” criteria — all with lookup windows for codes and interactive calendars.
• User Account Permissions. Whenever accounts are accessed, users utilize preset “permissions,” which present a secured group of accounts from which to choose.
• Easy Navigation. Menu choices are always available in the Activity tree. Any number of activities can be running, simultaneously.
• Real-time Editing and List-based Management. Provides you with just enough information to make a decision as to whether or not to open the record.
• Crystal Reports. A full set of standard reports, with the ability for a COE or district to exclude any of ours and/or include any of theirs.
• Routing Documents. Any “document” in the system can be put in “suspense” and routed for review and approval — automatically.
• Automated Year End Closing. All year-end activities are automated. Makes closing a matter of days rather than weeks or months.
• Simple Interface. Searches, Lists and Forms are used consistently throughout Escape Online 5, making training easy.
• Powerful Functionality. Windows client on the desktop, with SQL Server on the back end.
