 Windows 98 (codenamed Memphis) was a graphical operating system released on 25 June 1998 by Microsoft and the successor to Windows 95. Like its predecessor, it was a hybrid 16-bit/32-bit monolithic product based on MS-DOS.
Escape Comment (last update 5/09): Effective July 11, 2006, Microsoft transitioned Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me (and their related components) to a non-supported status. Microsoft no longer provides any incident support options or security updates. Microsoft does not offering a custom support agreement for these products.
 Microsoft released this version of their OS on February 17, 2000.
Escape Comment (last update 5/09): In the summer of 2007, when we added graphical (Vista-like) activity selection features, Escape stopped supporting Windows 2000.

 Microsoft .Net 1.1 Development Environment This was an early version of .Net, made available in 2002. .Net is the programming and development environment used by Escape to build the Online 5 system.
Escape Comment (last update 6/10): Escape Online 5’s production code was based on this version from 2003 until mid 2009.

SQL Server 2000
