Live at Citrus Community CollegeDateline: Citrus - March 2007 The last two weeks have been busy at Citrus College. Half of their 120 site users have been trained so that they can start submitting requisitions electronically using Escape Online 5. Prior to this, they have been filling out paper requisitions and sending them through a manual approval process before they ended up in the Purchasing Office. Now, they will be creating and approving those requests in Escape! The half-day trainings have been very well attended with about 20 users at each session. The users have been very excited about learning how to use the new software and being able to see the progress of their requisitions. We expect to wrap up the sessions in the next few weeks. |
