RequisitionsRequisitions are "owned" by departments. This allows you to control access to the requisition, the approval process and the workflow at the department level. For example, the Food Services, Maintenance and Purchasing departments may all want vendor requisitions, but they may want to control their requisitions separately. Department-based setup allows them to do just that.

Each requisition has their own snapshot reports. Some, like vendor requisitions, have several.
When you want to create a snapshot report, you just pull down the menu right there in the record and click.
